Mega Man

For the February Contest on MTG Custom Cards. 

I had a couple ideas on characters to make cards for, but I love this little guy too much to ignore him. I'm a little bummed I wasn't able to make a charge shot mechanic fit in the space I had, but I think I made a good representation of Mega Man (or Megaman, MegaMan, Rockman, or however else you'd like to spell it) and his ability to absorb the powers of the various robot masters. Also, now I can design the other masters to fit this ability, so more fun little projects for me, yay! He's a weak little guy because, in all honesty, there's not much to Mega Man when he starts out. It's not until he picks up a couple powers (read: Metal Blade) that he begins to pack a serious punch. Of course, I did have to add a tap for damage effect, because he needs to have the Mega Buster. 

Finally, I normally stay away from adding colored borders to cards that don't contain that color, but the blue border just looks right on this guy. 

Edit: Added creature type Robot because I forgot that for some reason the first time. Would have been Construct, but Robot barely fits without shrinking text. Also, the Miracle Border looks frickin' sweet on this card, may change to that later. 
Edit 2: Yup. Miracle box on all the Mega Man characters because it looks awesome.
